Speaker: Silverberg, Esq.
Limited Enrollment. Date 6.8.2018 2 to 4 pm (1050 30th Street NW, Washington, DC 2nd Floor Conference Room)
DESCRIPTION
Are you a copyright owner searching for viable solutions for the unauthorized use of your work? Wondering if you have a claim, but unsure if it is worth pursuing? Are you frustrated by the costs of legal services, and are you concerned that the lawyer will cost you more in time and money than you will actually see in returns? We will discuss the strategic use of the settlement and claims system in order to mazimize revenue for the rights owner. We will cover copyright remedies, and what you can expect financially, wheny you pursue a claim.
This is a small group presentation, in which there will be a designed presentation, and where the audience will be allowed questions. Attendees may bring lunch, or purchase sandwiches (Paypal), at the event. Beverages will be available without charge.
The seminar will be presented by James Lorin Silverberg, Esq., who is the Director of Litigation at The Intellectual Property Group, PC, where he manages the firm's national multi-district litigation practice.
