Mr. Oliver is a litigation Associate with IPG's New York and Washington, DC Offices. Mr. Oliver earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law (J.D. 2013) cum laude where he had a concentration in Finance Transactions. Mr. Oliver also earned his Masters In Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Management (M.B.A. 2013).  While attending law school, Mr. Oliver participated in the New York City Program in Finance & Law and the Affordable Housing Clinic. Mr. Oliver received his Bachelors Degree from Queens University of Charlotte in Business Administration (B.A. 2008). Mr. Oliver is a member of the New York State, Maryland, and District of Columbia Bars, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Maryland, and the Southern District of New York.
