The Following Procedure is for Site Users who have an Art Law Question and who are interested in a brief legal consultation:
Step One: Call The IPG Office Toll Free at 888-749-2787. Tell the Receptionist that you are calling on IPG's Art Law Hotline. Attorneys Are Not Always Available. It is best to try your call between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m East Coast Time.
Step Two: If an attorney is available, they will do a brief screening and will ask who you are, and if the matter involves a possible adversary, they will ask who it is so that any conflict of interest can be cleared. They will ask the nature of your question, to determine if a assistance can be readily provided.
Step Three: If the Attorney determines that assistance can be provided, you will be directed to go to the Terms Of Service page to acknowledge the terms of service, and to process your payment through Pay Pal.
Step Four: Once your payment is processed, your one-quarter hour consultation will begin. Your matter will be automatically closed in IPG's office, and NO Further Services will be provided at the end of the telephone call, without IPG's Express Written Consent.
